The inclusive UK’s 4‑day Spring Insight Programme (the Programme) aims to help inform, mentor and prepare selected attendees for a career in investment banking by providing them with the opportunity to take part in:

  • Shadowing and mentorship from junior bankers
  • Interactive senior banker discussions
  • Skills‑based workshops
  • Case study presentations
  • Networking with bankers across all levels and groups

This Programme is offered as an additional opportunity alongside the standard application process for the PJT UK’s 2027 Summer Analyst Programme in London. Participation does not guarantee progression; however, attendees who demonstrate the qualities sought by PJT UK may be considered for the interview process alongside other applicants from the standard Summer Analyst Programme application route.

Eligibility: Students who are currently in the early stages of their undergraduate studies with an expected graduation date around 2028.

Application Instructions:

  • Submit Application for the PJT UK 2026 Spring Insight Programme: CV must be in PDF format with university grades and graduation date included.
  • Written Response: On the second page of your CV document please include a 400‑word response to the following prompt: Tell us about a person you admire or who inspires you.
  • Complete Suited Assessment: Please ensure you use the same email address used for your PJT application when registering on Suited. Please ensure you complete each question until a Profile Complete badge appears – there is no final Submit button.
