Responsibilities

  • Lead the origination and execution of restructuring transactions across the platform.
  • Interact frequently at the senior level with clients and investors.
  • Develop detailed business plans.
  • Develop strategies to implement various restructuring transactions.
  • Evaluate financial returns to current and potential investors.
  • Attend key client negotiating and strategy sessions.
  • Manage complex and often time‑sensitive restructuring transactions from start to finish.
  • Participate in both internal and external client meetings, negotiate contracts and other agreements, and conduct due diligence sessions.

Qualifications

  • At least 9 years of work experience in corporate finance concentrated in leveraged & acquisition finance, credit or restructuring.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to run client meetings and coordinate deal execution.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Desire to work in a team environment, often under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Ability to mentor and train more junior bankers.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
