PJT Partners is looking for candidates who are excited about joining our Corporate Full-Time Rotational Programme. Successful candidates will take ownership of meaningful projects and workstreams while working closely with experienced professionals across PJT's corporate functions. The programme will consist of rotations through all the following corporate functions:
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Management & Operations
Responsibilities
- Assist and own assigned workstreams within each rotation
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines independently
- Effectively communicate with colleagues, various stakeholders, and other corporate functions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Build subject-matter familiarity in each function to contribute meaningfully beyond assigned tasks
Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have excellent academic, leadership and extracurricular experiences. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student who is a self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and ownership of their work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, judgement, work ethic, and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements
To be considered for the 2027 Corporate Full-Time Rotational Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time university student or a recent graduate
- Graduation no later than in June 2027
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
