Responsibilities
- Lead the origination and execution of restructuring transactions across the platform.
- Interact frequently at the senior level with clients and investors.
- Develop detailed business plans.
- Develop strategies to implement various restructuring transactions.
- Evaluate financial returns to current and potential investors.
- Attend key client negotiating and strategy sessions.
- Manage complex and often time‑sensitive restructuring transactions from start to finish.
- Participate in both internal and external client meetings, negotiate contracts and other agreements, and conduct due diligence sessions.
Qualifications
- At least 9 years of work experience in corporate finance concentrated in leveraged & acquisition finance, credit or restructuring.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong qualitative and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to run client meetings and coordinate deal execution.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Desire to work in a team environment, often under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Ability to mentor and train more junior bankers.
- Personal and professional integrity.
