We are seeking an Associate / AVP to support the firm's Anaplan initiatives within the Technology Data & Business Applications team.
Responsibilities
- Work within the Technology Data & Business Applications team, initially focusing on Anaplan at the start but gradually learning and supporting Workday and participating in other projects.
- Be responsible for ongoing optimizations, enhancements and maintenance of Anaplan models, dashboards, UX pages, management reports and integrations.
- Work with stakeholders across the firm to gather requirements and build items in Anaplan to support their goals.
- Build and update reports in Workday.
- Closely partner on cross‑functional projects within Technology and across the broader Corporate functions.
- Mentor other resources at the firm, ensuring best practices are followed when building in Anaplan.
- Automate and optimize tasks using various tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc).
- Continuously expand capabilities and skills (learn parallel or tangential tools – Azure Data Factory, ServiceNow, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant work experience; experience working with data is beneficial.
- Implementation, Management, or Consulting experience related to Anaplan.
- Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner) are beneficial but not required.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial concepts is beneficial.
- Experience with public company or robust private company corporate functions and their processes.
- Experience in solving complex technology, process, and/or data related problems.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Anaplan integrations including Cloudworks, Python, Azure Data Factory and/or other ETL tools is a plus.
- Experience managing a small team of model builders is a plus.
