Responsibilities
- Revenue: Supporting revenue recognition and close processes, stakeholder coordination across international entities, month-end close activities, preparation of revenue, credit risk, and AR journal entries, and revenue recognition decisions in collaboration with Deal Teams and COO offices; ensuring SOX controls and contributing to GAAP revenue disclosures.
- Treasury: Supporting liquidity and FX management, banking operations, and inter-company settlements, monitoring liquidity and FX positions, inter-company funding flows, day-to-day banking operations, and capital and cash flow forecasting for entity-level liquidity planning.
- Analytics: Preparing financial materials for board meetings, operating committees, and senior leadership; preparing financial packs and analysis for board, OpCo sessions, Treasury Committee meetings; assisting COO offices with entity-level forecasting and maintaining going-concern models; supporting the firm’s finance transformation agenda.
Qualifications
- We seek highly motivated, intelligent self-starters with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience, ideally within financial services.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and month-end close processes.
- Experience with cashflow and capital forecasting; treasury management experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, bias to action, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
