We are looking for someone who wants to come in, take ownership, and help us build and grow our own internal air conditioning and HVAC division.

The right person will have strong experience across both commercial HVAC systems and domestic air conditioning, with the ability to work on larger commercial plant such as AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, ducted systems, cassette units, ventilation systems and general AC/HVAC equipment. As our workload continues to grow, we want to bring this work in-house and build a reliable, professional team around the right person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants stability, responsibility, long-term progression and the chance to play a key role in the future growth of the business.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installation work across a mixture of commercial and domestic sites.
  • The work will include:
    • Servicing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems

    • Domestic air conditioning installation, servicing and breakdowns
    • Diagnosing faults and providing practical, cost-effective solutions
    • Supporting with site surveys, quotes and technical advice
    • Liaising professionally with clients and the office team
    • Helping to shape how our in-house HVAC division operates
    • Supporting future recruitment, training and growth of the team as the division develops

    • A professional, customer-focused approach
    • The ability to manage jobs from start to finish
    • A positive attitude and pride in doing the job properly
  • Previous experience supervising engineers, apprentices or subcontractors would be a bonus, but it is not essential. What matters most is that you have the right technical ability, attitude and desire to help grow something properly.

  • We want this to be a long-term opportunity, not just a job. You will receive:
    • Competitive salary, depending on experience
    • Company van
    • Fuel card
    • Overtime opportunities
    • Stable, full-time employment
    • Long-term career progression

    • Support from an established and growing company
    • Training and development where required
    • Pension
