We are recruiting for a growing, multi-brand media business operating primarily in the travel industry. This is a hands-on digital role with a broad remit across website management, UX, CRM, performance marketing and social media, supporting a portfolio of consumer and B2B brands.
The Role
- Manage and optimise websites
- Lead content updates and social media strategy
- Use CRM tools to grow traffic, improve audience insight and support personalised email journeys
- Contribute written content for email and social (with editorial oversight)
- Manage the relationship with an external performance marketing agency (paid social & paid search)
- Track performance using built-in analytics and GA4
About You
- Experience in a broad digital marketing role
- Experience managing websites and updating content
- CRM and email marketing exposure
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Ideally some exposure to paid media (paid social and paid search)
- B2C or B2B experience welcome
- Travel experience would be advantageous, but not essential
