About the role:
- Oversee activities on development projects involving Highway Design, Infrastructure, Flood Risk, Drainage, Land, Transport Planning, Ecology, and BNG.
- Coordinate third-party consultants as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing bid proposals, managing projects from technical and financial perspectives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Design coordination, review, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Setting objectives, defining tasks, and managing project teams.
- Maintaining project delivery schedules, reporting on performance, and managing risks and changes.
- Handling invoicing, credit control, and financial monitoring.
Ideal candidate requirements:
- Degree in Project Management or relevant Engineering discipline.
- At least 10 yearsβ experience in a similar role, with large land development projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing medium to large design projects to scope, time, and budget.
