We are looking for 2x Receptionists (Job Share) to join our growing team. PJA are one of the leading independent transport, engineering and placemaking specialists in the UK, with offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, London, Manchester and Reading. We provide expert advice on a wide range of projects across the UK and beyond from new settlements and nationally strategic infrastructure projects, through to urban regeneration schemes and a wide range of education, employment and sports and leisure developments.

We are looking for 2x Receptionists to provide a welcoming experience and professional support to internal and external stakeholders. The standard shifts will be 08:00–13:00 (AM) and 13:00–18:00 (PM). However, we are flexible and happy to discuss slight adjustments to the AM End/PM Start time for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Reception and Front-of-House Management
- Visitor and Client Experience Coordination
- Meeting, Hospitality, and Events (Charity and Seasonal) Support
- Office Coordination and Daily Operational Checks
- Mail, Deliveries and Document Handling
- General Administration and Office Support
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desired, but not essential)
- Strong background in hospitality
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail essential
- Good team player, with a proactive, collaborative approach
- Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to build a strong rapport at all levels across the business
- Microsoft Office applications
