We are looking for a Founding Labs Engineer for a new office in beautiful Marlow, UK. You will work closely with Peter on defining how the PJ Media Technology Lab innovates and delivers real results. You will build and groom a team of high-performing ecommerce innovators who work collaboratively on redefining how ecommerce is conducted across product categories, languages, cultures, currencies and brands. You will establish and galvanize a culture of results-oriented innovation, shared values, and our methods for building exciting and new products.
More specifically, you will:

Manage, mentor and build a high-performing and hands-on team in our Marlow office

Obsess over solving problems using modern technologies and frameworks

Identify, communicate, and implement the culture, environment and practices that define the Technology Lab and how it works

Be hands-on, working directly with clients and the Labs team to understand problems, identify opportunities, develop and release products, features, insights and improvements

Manage prioritization, feature backlog, and trade-offs

Bring latest thinking, trends and market developments to inform strategy
