We are recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and well-established Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fee earner who is keen to support departmental growth.
Experience & Qualification
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE (applications from those with slightly less experience will be considered)
- Strong experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Probate applications (including online probate)
- Ability to work towards reasonable and achievable billing targets
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied Private Client caseload with increasing independence
- Prepare Wills and advise clients on estate planning matters
- Handle probate and estate administration matters, including online applications
- Draft and advise on LPAs
- Ensure strict adherence to professional codes of conduct, GDPR, and data protection requirements
- Deliver a high standard of client care with a proactive and organised approach
- Contribute to the growth of the department, with the confidence to support future expansion
- Participate in networking and business development activities to help generate new work
