We are currently recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join and help grow an already thriving conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-structured firm offering remote working, strong internal support, and long-term career development. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers, with all levels of experience considered.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion, while delivering a high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property matters
  • Handling sales and purchases independently
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and referral partners
  • Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
  • Working proactively and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures

  • Experience in residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold)
