The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role is responsible for maintaining sales-related trackers, assisting with sales holds, preparing documentation, and responding to internal and external inquiries. The position is primarily task-based, with occasional small projects assigned as needed.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update Excel trackers related to capacity, golden ticket eligibility, and no-show appointments
  • Monitor sales holds and communicate new or updated hold information to HICs and managers
  • Prepare customer documentation and scorecards upon request
  • Research job information and provide clear, concise summaries of findings
  • Assist with general document preparation and organization
  • Update job notes and status changes in the CRM system
  • Compile reports and export documentation for management review
  • Support follow-up actions and documentation resulting from sales hold meetings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – tasks completed on time and complete
  • Maintain 95% or higher accuracy in data processing and updates
  • Ensure assigned sales trackers are accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of office or data entry experience preferred
