PJ Care is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join our Quality & Nursing team, supporting multiple specialist neurological and complex care services across the South and Southwest. You will work with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen governance and embed sustainable improvements, delivering person-centred care.
This role requires a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong background in quality, governance or compliance, with excellent communication skills.
