Reporting To: Estates Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Terms: Full time – 40 hours per week
Rate: £12.21 - £12.36 per hour depending on experience
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To drive transport for our care homes
- Collecting and picking up from appointments and trips
- To complete daily check on company fleet
- To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required
- To assist with maintenance when required
- To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required
- To maintain and regularly empty any waste compactor and prepare waste bins for collection
- To liaise with contractors on site
The right candidate must have a driving licence and be a driver.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full DBS required
- Full UK Driving licence required
- To be aware of the requirements of all relevant legislation
