JOB TITLE: Estates Team Member Maintenance RESPONSIBLE T0: Estates Manager LOCATION: Milton Keynes TERMS Full time- 40 hours per week RATE £12.21 -12.36 per hour depending on experience Key Areas of Responsibility * To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required. * To liaise with contractors on site. * To regularly check and maintain all interior lighting replacing bulbs and lamps as required. * To complete all tasks on the maintenance job sheets and complete within a timely fashion. * To obtain Purchase Orders for any purchases from a nominated supplier * To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required. * To redecorate where necessary to keep the interiors bright and fresh. * To maintain in clean and serviceable condition all mechanical and manual equipment provided for the maintenance of the units. * To maintain and regularly empty any waste compactor and prepare waste bins for collection. * The right candidate is required to be part of the oncall rota to provide out of hours maintenance. *The right candidate must have a drive license and be a driver* Skills and Experience * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Full DBS required. * Full UK Driving license required. * To be aware of the requirements of all relevant legislation Rewards and Benefits * Competitive hourly overtime rate (Subject to change). * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. * Westfield benefits including discounted shopping and restaurants and many other benefits. * Optional Wage stream * Employer pension contribution.
