Pizzeria Pellone London is an authentic Neapolitan pizza restaurant group with three locations across London. Our roots trace back to a family pizzeria in Naples founded in 1972. Our head pizza chef holds the title of Best Pizza Chef in Europe 2024.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will support the management in the day-to-day running of your location, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience, while leading and motivating the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise front-of-house team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Maintain Pizzeria Pellone's service standards and brand values at all times
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members
  • Assist with staff scheduling, briefings, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee cash handling, till reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting
  • Liaise between kitchen and front-of-house for seamless service flow
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a busy restaurant
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of Italian/Neapolitan food culture is a plus
  • Italian language skills advantageous but not essential
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
