We are looking for full time Shift Leaders to join our growing team at Pizzarova. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Making sourdough pizzas from scratch with a lovely team
- Food preparation
- Serving customers and taking orders in a busy and fast paced environment
- Opening the restaurant ready for service
- Cashing up and closing down
- Supporting management in day to day running of the restaurant
Previous experience in:
- Running shifts and managing team members at keyholder level
- Hospitality for at least 2 years
- Customer facing roles or kitchen experience (Previous kitchen experience not required, all training provided on site but a willingness to learn is essential)

We are looking for full time high energy, buzzy people to join our team of pizza makers. Pizza experience isn’t essential but knowing your way around a kitchen or bar and previous experience running shifts is.
The location for this role is dependent on your personal preference, experience and business need. We strive to knock out the best pizzas we can every day, so if you get your kicks out of putting out a perfect product every time, this is for you.

About us: We make sourdough pizza, using fresh local ingredients, made by people with passion for what they do and who they serve. We started life in the back of a Landrover in 2013 selling pizzas at festivals, markets and local towns across Somerset. We now serve our fresh and fast handmade sourdough pizzas from three locations in Bristol, and have an expanding events side of the business. An ethos of loyalty, commitment and hard work compliments a wicked sense of humour, and a love for what we do running through all areas of our business. Looking after our team is key, and in turn, you look after our customers.
