PizzaExpress is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide trusted ER support across the business. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for General Managers and Territory Managers, promoting fair employee relations practices while minimizing risk.

You will work closely with operational leaders and the People Team to effectively manage ER cases and coach managers, building their confidence in handling sensitive issues.

The role requires a CIPD qualification or equivalent and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
