We’re on the lookout for a Senior Social & Talent Executive to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver our social presence across multiple brands – building relationships with influencers and talent, bringing activations and events to life, and owning the day-to-day running of our channels in line with our strategy.
This is a role for someone who’s equal parts creative and organized – someone who understands the UK social landscape, has a sharp eye for culture and trends, and loves turning big ideas into brilliant execution (with the data to prove what worked).
What You’ll Be Doing- You’ll help keep PizzaExpress front of mind by delivering scroll-stopping content, smart talent partnerships, and standout social activations across the UK & Ireland.
- Lead the management and delivery of activations and events, making sure everything lands in line with the approved strategy.
- Build and deliver content plans that support campaign activity across talent and our owned channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent, helping drive brand love and advocacy.
- Come up with strong creative ideas and recommendations for content that works across different media and platforms.
- Run real-time community management – responding in our tone of voice, sparking positive conversation, and spotting trends we can jump on.
- Support the day-to-day execution of proactive social across multiple owned brands and platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Threads and TikTok).
- Report and analyse performance, optimising content and campaigns to drive growth against agreed metrics.
- Support the PR & Social Media Manager with budgeting and ensuring spend is approved and aligned to plan.
- Manage and mentor the Social Executive.
- Solid experience in social in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of the UK social media landscape and what drives attention and engagement.
- Experience using social scheduling platforms.
- A creative mindset and the attention to detail to execute consistently well.
- Confidence working with data, able to spot insight, report performance, and optimise accordingly.
- Brilliant organization and project management skills, you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality.
- Great stakeholder skills, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Experience in or an understanding of PR is also desirable.
