What you’ll be doing
- As a Territory Manager, you’ll have full ownership of performance across your patch, acting as a coach, role model and business partner to your restaurants.
- Lead, inspire and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to be at their very best.
- Drive commercial performance, balancing sales growth, cost control and profitability.
- Champion outstanding guest experience, always raising the bar on quality and consistency.
- Embed PizzaExpress standards, values and ways of working across your territory.
- Build strong succession plans and spot talent, supporting future career development.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities, prioritise actions and improve results.
- Work closely with central teams including Operations, People, Marketing and Finance.
- Be visible, present and hands‑on – supporting restaurants where it matters most.
