What you’ll be doing

  • As a Territory Manager, you’ll have full ownership of performance across your patch, acting as a coach, role model and business partner to your restaurants.
  • Lead, inspire and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to be at their very best.
  • Drive commercial performance, balancing sales growth, cost control and profitability.
  • Champion outstanding guest experience, always raising the bar on quality and consistency.
  • Embed PizzaExpress standards, values and ways of working across your territory.
  • Build strong succession plans and spot talent, supporting future career development.
  • Use data and insight to identify opportunities, prioritise actions and improve results.
  • Work closely with central teams including Operations, People, Marketing and Finance.
  • Be visible, present and hands‑on – supporting restaurants where it matters most.
