As Box Office Co‑ordinator, you will work within a vibrant and fast paced environment and be instrumental in providing a professional and efficient point of contact for all guest bookings and enquiries within the PizzaExpress Live portfolio, responding to a high volume of email and telephone traffic and liaising directly with the operations team in each venue, daily. In addition, there will be associated work around co‑ordinating artists requirements on an ad hoc basis. Please note, this is a part‑time role, working 3 days a week (including weekends).
What you’ll be doing:
- Own event co‑ordination by preparing daily lists of guests with table allocations for all venues, ensuring all lists comply with guidelines and expectations set by Head of Music/ Music Operations Manager.
- Operate the telephone service, including processing payments, refunds, memberships and relaying important information from enquiries, positively impacting our recognised service journey.
- Respond in a timely manner to a high volume of emails from guests, artists and their representatives in order to manage daily communication, including but not exhaustive: waiting list submissions, contact forms and newsletter sign‑ups.
- Manage and oversee the ticket operating system.
- Assist the Music team in proactively identifying low‑selling shows to support cover driving through social media campaigns, further listings and audience clubs.
- Assist with music finance queries when required.
