We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to act as the link between our US Brand team and UK franchise business. You’ll bring global campaigns to life for UK audiences, ensuring the brand is delivered consistently while adapting messaging, promotions and experiences to local culture and regulations. This is a highly visible role, working across restaurants, digital channels and partnerships to build brand awareness, drive footfall and grow customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
- Localise global campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards while tailoring for the UK market
- Deliver marketing activity across restaurants, digital, delivery platforms and partnerships
- Develop and execute local store marketing and new opening plans to drive sales and engagement
- Manage UK social media channels and paid campaigns across key platforms
- Lead marketing across delivery partners (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) to maximise performance
- Build partnerships with influencers, communities and local organisations to increase awareness
- Coordinate POS, signage and promotional materials across sites
- Track performance, manage budgets and use insights to optimise campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, franchise partners and agencies to deliver best-in-class execution
What You’ll Need
- Proven marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (QSR or retail desirable)
- Experience delivering campaigns across digital, social and in-store channels
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance brand and business priorities
- Highly organised, with strong project management and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English
- Experience working with agencies and external partners
- Knowledge of delivery platforms and social media channels
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
