We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the Territory, helping us attract, assess and hire great talent to support our operational needs. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you'll partner closely with our Operations team and People Business Partners. Your primary focus will be on recruiting for General Manager and Deputy General Manager roles across a defined group of territories, while remaining flexible to support wider hiring as business needs evolve.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Operations teams and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs, territory challenges and local talent opportunities.
  • Manage vacancies and candidate flow through the ATS, ensuring roles are set up correctly and pipelines are actively progressed.
  • Screen and assess applications against behavioural and experience criteria using a consistent, values-led approach.
  • Proactively source candidates through databases, networks and direct approaches, particularly for hard-to-fill and priority roles.
  • Coordinate the full hiring journey, working closely with candidates, operational teams, and L&D teams to support offers and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate ATS and People System records, ensuring documentation is compliant and ready for new starters.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to improve ways of working, share best practice and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong recruitment expertise with commercial awareness, stakeholder confidence and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience recruiting in hospitality, retail, or another high-volume, multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of attraction, sourcing and selection methods, with the ability to adapt approach depending on role and market conditions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships with Operational teams and People Business Partners.
  • Ability to assess candidates against behavioural and experience-based criteria and make sound hiring recommendations.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the resilience to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how recruitment impacts performance, cost and team capability.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
