Are you a copywriter who knows how to bring a brand to life through powerful storytelling? At PizzaExpress, we’re looking for a Creative Copywriter to help shape how we connect with our audience across every touchpoint. From big brand campaigns and social copy to CRM journeys and in‑restaurant messaging, you’ll play a key role in expressing our tone of voice and telling stories that feel unmistakably PizzaExpress, wherever they’re seen.

This is a hands‑on role within our in‑house Creative and Content team. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, brand, marketing and agency partners to create bold, culturally relevant work that delivers against real business goals, across PizzaExpress, PizzaExpress Live and Milano.

What you’ll do:

  • Create original, insight‑led copy across ATL, social, CRM, performance marketing, loyalty and in‑restaurant communications.
  • Own and evolve our tone of voice, ensuring consistency, quality and personality across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creatives and designers to shape ideas from brief to delivery.
  • Contribute strong creative thinking that elevates campaigns and helps ideas stand out.
  • Manage your projects end to end, maintaining high standards at pace.

What you’ll need:

  • Copywriting experience in an agency, brand or in‑house creative team.
  • Strong storytelling skills and an instinctive understanding of tone of voice.
  • Experience working across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in craft.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with confidence presenting ideas.
  • Cultural curiosity and a desire to create relevant, distinctive work.
  • Hospitality, FMCG or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
