The IT Solutions Manager plays a critical role within the IT function and the wider business, owning and shaping key technology solutions used across our restaurants, central support teams and international markets. This role is responsible for ensuring that core systems and platforms are fit for purpose, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, People, Finance and International teams to deliver robust, value‑driven technology solutions that support day‑to‑day operations and enable future growth. You’ll also lead the delivery of IT projects and solutions in partnership with third‑party suppliers, including those delivering HR, labour, stock and operational systems, ensuring strong governance, cost control and service outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand, translate requirements, and develop technology roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
- Own and manage international technology solutions and processes to support global expansion and ongoing operational support.
- Prepare, present and manage capital proposals through IT Governance forums.
- Manage the ongoing development and optimisation of core platforms, including People systems, Intranet, Labour Management and POS solutions.
- Establish effective ways of working with business teams to manage platform change, enhancements and day‑to‑day operational needs.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk on problem management and high‑priority incidents impacting the business.
- Own and manage the technology project pipeline, prioritising delivery based on business value and risk.
- Work closely with Operations and International teams to identify opportunities where technology can enhance restaurant performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A proven track record delivering technology solutions or programmes in a multi‑site hospitality, leisure or retail environment.
- Experience in Fourth Hospitality Management Software is essential for this role.
- Demonstrable experience working with third‑party suppliers, including vendor management, service delivery, and commercial oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
