What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, inspire and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to be at their very best
  • Drive commercial performance, balancing sales growth, cost control and profitability
  • Champion outstanding guest experience, always raising the bar on quality and consistency
  • Embed PizzaExpress standards, values and ways of working across your territory
  • Build strong succession plans and spot talent, supporting future career development
  • Use data and insight to identify opportunities, prioritise actions and improve results
  • Work closely with central teams including Operations, People, Marketing and Finance
  • Be visible, present and hands‑on - supporting restaurants where it matters most
