To become the focal point for the maintenance service from our FM Services Supply partners within the Pizza Express Operational Regions driving 1st Time Fix and asset investment to achieve optimum equipment uptime and reducing restaurant hours lost to Maintenance related closures.
To coordinate all Maintenance activity including regular meetings, asset investment planning for key equipment and communication to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the maintenance work is completed on time and to budget.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and evaluate Maintenance activity in the CAFM system including Compliance, reactive, planned, and quoted work tasks to ensure the work is delivered right first time, to the required SLA and on budget.
- Maintain and update the Maintenance capital investment plan for key assets such as Pizza Ovens, refrigeration, and essential HVAC equipment to include cost and priority based on restaurant performance.
- Organise periodical meetings with TMs, produce actions and additional sub meetings for specific activity.
- Have good working relationships with key stakeholders including Restaurant General Managers, Territory Managers, and the CAFM.
- Send weekly communication to all stakeholders to update on Maintenance Activity and ensure all elements are being delivered according to the Pizza Express contract KPIs and SLAs.
- To support the engagement and communication strategy for a New User Application and ensure this is fully embedded within the operations team.
