Show Your Attention to Detail

In the janitorial cleaning services industry, attention to detail is key. Be prepared to discuss how you ensure thorough cleaning and what methods you use to spot areas that need extra care. Think of examples from your past experience, even if it's just helping out at home!

Familiarise Yourself with Common Cleaning Equipment

During the interview, you might be asked about your experience with different cleaning tools and chemicals. Brush up on common equipment like vacuums, mops, and eco-friendly cleaners, so you can speak knowledgeably about how to use them safely and effectively.

Emphasise Your Willingness to Learn
