Team Member - Houston Hot Chicken

Houston Hot Chicken is coming in hot, and we’re looking for brilliant Team Members to join the team.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing just one thing. You’ll work across both front and back of house, serving up unforgettable hospitality, preparing seriously good food and keeping the restaurant ready for action. Every shift will be fast, energetic and full of flavour.

What you’ll be doing

• Giving every guest a friendly, energetic and memorable welcome
• Taking orders, answering menu questions and processing payments accurately
• Preparing, cooking and serving food to our recipes and quality standards
• Setting up and stocking workstations ready for service
• Keeping the kitchen, restaurant and guest areas clean, safe and spotless
• Working closely with the team to deliver a smooth and brilliant service
• Supporting opening and closing tasks
• Helping managers resolve guest questions quickly and professionally

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to have done it all before. Previous hospitality, restaurant or quick-service experience would be helpful, but a great attitude matters most.
