As Senior Brand Manager – International, you’ll act as the key link between our UK team and global markets, ensuring our campaigns, content and brand approach are consistent, connected and commercially effective. You’ll lead international brand strategy and delivery, working closely with franchise partners to bring campaigns to life locally while maintaining a strong global identity. This is a part‑time role (3 days per week), ideal for someone looking for flexibility while still owning high‑impact, global work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own brand consistency across all international markets, ensuring alignment with global guidelines
- Develop and deliver the international marketing calendar, including key campaigns and cultural moments
- Partner with franchise teams to create impactful, locally relevant campaigns
- Lead global marketing communications, including regular webinars and updates
- Manage and evolve the Global Brand Asset Library
- Support new market openings with brand strategy, campaigns and tools
- Bring social, PR and content ideas to life with creative teams and agencies
- Track performance, lead post-campaign analysis and share insights globally
- Manage the international marketing budget and reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Strong marketing experience (hospitality, retail or similar) with international exposure
- Experience working with global markets or franchise models
- Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns that drive growth
- A creative, culturally aware thinker with a passion for standout brand work
- Commercially savvy, confident managing budgets and performance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
