Ever wondered who dreams up the campaigns that make PizzaExpress unmissable? The ones that live on billboards, in paid social ads, land in restaurants, spark conversations and give people irresistible reasons to walk through our doors? That could be you. We’re on the lookout for a Brand Manager to help shape, launch and elevate our biggest brand moments across PizzaExpress and Milano. Reporting into our Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead bold, integrated national campaigns that drive frequency, fame and commercial impact – from idea to execution (and everything after). This is a role for someone who loves great ideas, thinks commercially, thrives on collaboration and wants to make work that people notice.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll create standout, through‑the‑line campaigns that keep PizzaExpress front of mind across the UK & Ireland – building brand fame, relevance and results.
  • Own and co‑manage our brand calendar, shaping campaign planning, creative wrappers, content and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Develop ATL promotional campaigns, from brief to creative to media planning.
  • Build campaign toolkits that land brilliantly across the business.
  • Lead end‑to‑end loyalty campaigns, working closely with CRM, Trading and Insight teams to deliver personalised, behaviour‑driving comms.
  • Develop and deliver strategic partnerships (think Tesco, Avios, Blue Light Card, Ello Group) alongside our Trading team.
  • Bring campaigns to life in restaurant through POS and internal touchpoints – A‑boards, table talkers, windows and more.
  • Work hand in hand with Performance Marketing, CRM, PR and Social to make sure every campaign shows up strong across all channels.
  • Brief and shape photoshoots and creative assets, working closely with our Creative & Content Studio on art direction.
  • Lead and develop our Marketing Executive, supporting local restaurant marketing, new openings and refurbs.

What we’re looking for

  • Similar role experience, ideally in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • A genuine love for creativity and a strong understanding of the creative process.
  • Experience leading integrated, multi‑channel campaigns end to end.
  • A strong cultural compass – you know what’s relevant, bold and distinctive.
  • Commercial confidence and a sharp, critical mindset.
  • Brilliant organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • An open, honest communication style – confident, thoughtful and collaborative.
  • A true team‑player mentality who loves working cross‑functionally.

If you’re invited to interview, please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments so we can support you.

£56,000 plus £5,700 cash car allowance & bonus per year.
