What you'll be doing

As a Shift Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant during your shifts, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and every order leaves the kitchen to HHC standards.

You'll:

• Lead, motivate and coach the team during service
• Deliver brilliant guest experiences every day
• Drive pace, energy and operational excellence across the restaurant
• Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness and safety standards
• Support training and development of team members
• Help achieve sales, labour and profitability targets
• Take responsibility for handling guest feedback and resolving issues
• Support the management team in creating a high-performing and inclusive culture
