14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk from Sicily to London on a "Pizza Pilgrimage" to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They set up a market stall in Soho before opening their first pizzeria on Dean Street. Today we run over 20 award‑winning pizzerias across the UK, operate a Pizza Academy with daily training workshops, and are proud to be a BCORP. We use only the best ingredients from Naples, such as Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle, to make Neapolitan pizza every day.
