As Second Chef, you will support the Head Chef with overall management of the kitchen team, ensuring that everyone is fully trained, supported and developed.
Key responsibilities
- Take care of the business (aka the pizzeria).
- Work closely with the Head Chef and the wider management team to ensure the pizzeria is a success.
- Set and maintain high standards for food quality and safety in the shift.
- Lead and support the team, making sure the Pizza Pilgrims vibe is felt throughout and that everyone is happy at work.
