Role Purpose
Own and deliver reliable, timely sales reporting and foundational analytics for the Germany business, ensuring continuity of critical commercial insights and supporting decision‑making across Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting & Business Performance Tracking
- Own weekly sales reporting & commentary
- Support monthly business review reporting
- Deliver clear, concise performance commentary (trends, risks, opportunities)
- Present data in internal weekly/monthly forums (as needed)
- Data Management & Integrity
- Maintain and validate POS data (daily/weekly checks for completeness & accuracy)
- Manage data consolidation across POS feeds
- Ensure correct product/item mappings and data hygiene
- Maintain master datasets (store list, product files, aggregator mappings)
- Aggregator & Channel Performance Reporting
- Extract and manage data from aggregator platforms
- Track and report channel performance (sales, mix, trends)
- Support analysis of aggregator initiatives and promotions
- Commercial Analytics & Insights
- Conduct basic to intermediate analysis on channel profitability (e.g., aggregators vs in‑store)
- Analyze LTO performance (sales mix, uplift)
- Analyze promotions & PPNOC initiatives
- Support ad hoc business questions (performance trends, anomalies, seasonality)
- Contribute to forecasting inputs including quarterly and annual forecasts
- Financial & Operational Support
- Support monthly sales data preparation for invoicing (in coordination with Finance)
- Assist in cost of sales (COS) analysis for upcoming promotions
- Provide store‑level reporting to Operations and Development teams

- KFC Germany (limited, during transition only)

Must‑have
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, basic modelling)
- Experience with data reporting and performance tracking
- Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources
- Strong attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
- Ability to translate data into simple insights
- 3+ years experience in finance or commercial role
Nice‑to‑have
- Power BI familiarity – strongly preferred
- Basic SQL understanding
- Experience in retail/QSR/aggregator environments
- English language proficiency
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or comparable experience
