The Store Manager runs the store as their own business - leading the team, hitting sales and cost targets, and making sure every order that leaves the kitchen is on time and on brand. You'll own the day-to-day operation and develop the people in your team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, coach and rota the full store team across kitchen, front-of-house and delivery.
  • Own store performance: sales, labour, food cost, wastage and delivery times.
  • Maintain food safety, health & safety and brand standards at all times.
  • Recruit, train and develop team members and shift managers.
  • Manage stock ordering, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
  • Drive a great customer and rider experience to grow repeat orders.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous management experience in fast food, QSR, delivery or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Commercially minded - comfortable with targets, P&L basics and rotas.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Food hygiene certificate desirable (training provided).
