Contract: Full time, permanent ROLE OVERVIEW The Store Manager runs the store as their own business - leading the team, hitting sales and cost targets, and making sure every order that leaves the kitchen is on time and on brand.

You'll own the day-to-day operation and develop the people in your team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead, coach and rota the full store team across kitchen, front-of-house and delivery.

Own store performance: sales, labour, food cost, wastage and delivery times.

Maintain food safety, health & safety and brand standards at all times.

Recruit, train and develop team members and shift managers.

Manage stock ordering, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

Drive a great customer and rider experience to grow repeat orders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous management experience in fast food, QSR, delivery or hospitality.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Commercially minded - comfortable with targets, P&L basics and rotas.

Right to work in the UK.

Food hygiene certificate desirable (training provided).
