Main Responsibilities:
- Lead our pizza-loving team to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and a positive work environment.
- Coordinate tasks, manage processes and technology, and ensure timely pizza preparation and delivery.
- Uphold product quality and food safety standards.
- Mentor and coach team members, provide feedback, and support training for new staff.
- Communicate clearly and lead by example to achieve goals.
- Motivate the team, recognize good performance, and drive high standards on every shift.
