As our Marketing Manager – Retail, you’ll lead the delivery of standout retail campaigns that drive visibility, sales and long-term loyalty. Working across our supermarket partners and internal teams, you’ll bring our brand to life through joined-up, omnichannel campaigns that connect retail with restaurant, delivery and wider brand activity. You’ll play a key role in shaping our retail marketing strategy, unlocking new opportunities and ensuring PizzaExpress stands out wherever our customer’s shop. What you’ll be doing Lead end-to-end retail campaigns, from idea to execution to performance review Deliver integrated campaigns across in-store, digital, CRM, paid and PR Partner with retailers like Tesco and Sainsbury’s to drive impactful activations Bring new product launches to life with strong, commercially focused campaigns Elevate our in-store presence through effective shopper marketing and POS Collaborate with PR, Social, CRM and Creative teams to create joined-up campaigns Track performance, optimise campaigns and share insights to drive continuous improvement Manage budgets and identify new opportunities to grow visibility and sales What we’re looking for Strong marketing experience within FMCG, retail, hospitality or similar Proven success delivering integrated campaigns, ideally in a retail environment Experience working with supermarket partners and shopper marketing Commercial mindset, confident using data, budgets and performance metrics Highly organised with strong project management skills A creative thinker with a passion for brand, food and culture Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Collaborative approach, comfortable working cross-functionally Why PizzaExpress?
