The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
To support the execution, delivery and analysis of the CRM campaign strategy and be the team’s data and reporting specialist. You will own audience selection, segmentation and automation setup across Email, Push and SMS.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning, building, testing, scheduling and reporting on all PEX and Milano email comms
- Working with internal stakeholders to produce content for emails
- Ensure all comms are on brand and update any that aren’t
- Create dynamic content to show the relevant content to the relevant customers
- Work in the HTML to ensure correct coding is in place and refine and edit emails built by our external agency
- Produce dynamic content versions and implement within existing email builds.
- Implement a test strategy, including creating creative variations and segment set up.
- Ensure thorough testing has taken place and the different variants are approved by internal stakeholders.
- Working with CRM Manager, define and create the segmentations for email and push comms
- Validate customer segments before sending out any comms, ensuring suppressions are correctly applied
- Report on performance of each segment in each channel
- Working with CRM team and other internal stakeholders, plan, test, build and report on new automated journeys
What you'll need:
- Experience in a CRM, digital marketing or data-focused role within a customer centric organisation
- Comfortable interpreting data
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and working with database management tools
- High attention to detail
- HTML experience including full editing within a WYSIWYG tool
- Experience in multivariate testing across platforms
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure digital is always at the forefront of our marcomms strategy
- Ability to spot an opportunity to improve a process/campaign
