Project Manager - Innovation Lab

We are looking for a Project Manager for a new exciting project in our Innovation department. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be working with talented teams of developers who are crafting immersive applications for iOS across a range of mediums including VR, AR, real-time animation and other emerging technologies! You will have a broad view of the entire project, ensuring all elements are planned and delivered on time and to budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project team communication, ensuring information is passed on clearly and effectively, tasks are prioritised, and resources allocated appropriately.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with well-defined agendas to drive project progress.
• Implement and oversee the adoption of a delivery methodology to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Assign resources and manage resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet project needs.
• Plan and coordinate teams to lead the delivery of project and technology-related activities.
• Establish workflows, processes, and project management structures for efficient review and analysis.
• Track and report key performance indicators to management, highlighting risks, issues, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in software development project management.
• Experienced knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Experience developing applications for mobile (iOS, Android, Unreal Engine).
• Experience working on AR or VR projects.
• Experience working on iOS development projects would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, resources effectively, and able to prioritise tasks, create schedules and keep track of various project elements.
• Detail oriented, to ensure all project requirements are met and nothing falls through the cracks, thorough and able to spot potential errors or inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication skills, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and clients, conveying information clearly, listen actively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Problem solving skills to identify issues, analyse causes and develop effective solutions.
• Resourceful, adaptable and able to think critically under pressure.
