· Point of Sale (POS): Develop engaging point-of-sale materials and in-store signage that drive customer engagement and sales, ensuring designs reflect the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.

· Multi-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate and creatively input on integrated campaigns that span both print and digital channels, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and media. Adapt designs for the specific needs of each channel, from online to physical display communications, maintaining messaging and look and feel.

· Ensure that all designs are on-brand and consistently reflect the fashion and retail aesthetic, with a keen eye for trends, typography, and design elements relevant to the Highstreet fast fashion industry.

Collaboration & Project Involvement

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, internal and external photography, VM, social, ecommerce and retail teams, to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet client expectations and deadlines.

· Manage multiple multi-channel design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, working within specified timelines and project requirements.

· Be proactive in offering creative solutions and ideas for multichannel design challenges, bringing fresh perspectives to improve existing materials or to solve design problems.

Creative Excellence & Innovation

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, fashion, and digital media, incorporating fresh, innovative ideas into your work.

· Experiment with new design techniques, formats, and tools to elevate the quality of work and maintain the agency’s competitive edge in the fashion and retail industry.

· Maintain high standards of design, detail, and accuracy, ensuring that all deliverables are production-ready and meet the technical specifications required for print and digital formats.

File Management & Version Control

· Maintain organised design files and ensure that all final assets are stored properly and are easily accessible for future use and by other parties (internally and externally).

· Manage and update design libraries, templates, and assets, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design production.

Qualifications
