About the Impurium (Partner company of PiXL)
The Impurium are an in-house agency working on-site for a leading UK fashion retailer. The Impurium is owned by Imprint, a major producer of point-of-sale (POS), point-of-purchase and large-format outdoor media.
The Impurium team is made up of designers, videographers, a studio coordinator and print production specialists that support retailers and e-commerce brands in the creative process, delivery of POS, 360 campaigns and content production. This role will give you the opportunity to shape a new brand direction of one of the UK’s most established retailers.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Middleweight Multi-Channel Graphic Designer with strong print and digital design skills, and a proven track record in fashion, retail, point of sale (POS), and digital media channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at working across multiple platforms, from print collateral to digital assets, creating visually compelling and on-brand designs that resonate with consumers. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of the client’s brand across a variety of touchpoints, whether on or offline, ensuring consistency and creativity in all design work.
Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in a multichannel design role, with a focus on fashion, retail, including digital media.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design skills, including work in fashion (preferred), retail, POS materials, and multi-channel campaigns.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign minimum requirement).
• Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites and e-commerce.
• Understanding of print production processes and technical requirements for high-quality print materials and substrates.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Figma desirable
