Duties
- Caring for children
- Preparing and maintaining environments to meet children\’s needs
- Supporting children\’s play and learning
- Supporting children\’s development
- Adhere to all safeguarding practices
- Preparing snacks and help with their feeding and cleaning
As an Apprentice you will be awarded a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
Apprenticeship standards develop skills within the chosen career route, requiring functional skills in maths and English. After a minimum of 12 months training, you will complete the End Point Assessment, independent of training, testing your competence.
Apprentice support is provided through a structured programme of teaching, e‑learning, face‑to‑face training, and workplace mentoring.
Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
