The Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager to lead and grow our business across key UK retailers, including Boots, M&S, Sainsbury's, and Sephora UK. This is a critical commercial role within the EMEA business, responsible for developing account strategies, managing in-year performance, and building strong, long-term retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and strategic growth of Pixi's business across Douglas, Sephora Europe, DM, and Rossmann.
- Develop and own account-level P&L plans, retail marketing activations, and sell-through strategies.
- Partner with our global marketing and operations teams to support product launches and seasonal programs.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking by market and account.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for European buyers and retail partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing European retail accounts, preferably with Douglas and Sephora.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to navigate complex multi-country retail environments.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French) a plus.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
