Overview
Role: National Account Manager (GB & Ireland) at Pixi Inc. We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager to lead and grow our business across key UK retailers, including Boots, M&S, Sainsbury\βs, and Sephora UK. This is a critical commercial role within the EMEA business, responsible for developing account strategies, managing in-year performance, and building strong, long-term retail partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Own P&L responsibility for Boots, M&S, Sainsbury\βs, and Sephora UK.
- Build and execute annual joint business plans that deliver topline growth and brand presence.
- Forecast and manage monthly sales targets, promotional calendars, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Planning, and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Regularly review sales data and sell-through to optimise stock, assortment, and promotional ROI.
- Serve as key contact with buyers and retail partners to maintain relationships and secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing UK beauty retailers, ideally including Boots and Sephora.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with proven ability to drive revenue growth.
