We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support the Marketing Team on a 12-month contract, starting July 2026 – July 2027.
This role supports the Marketing team with operational and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, influencer programs, and events.
Responsibilities- Assist with shipping, inventory, and materials for campaigns and events
- Support tracking and coordination of marketing expenses and budgets
- Help maintain influencer ambassador lists and assist with gifting programs
- Contribute to post-campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Assist the team with presentations, research, and administrative tasks
- Support cross-functional projects across Marketing, Events, PR, and Digital teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Interest in operations, logistics, and marketing workflows
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn
- Interest in the beauty industry
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
