As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Ecommerce to lead and accelerate the growth of our DTC business.
Your Role
As the Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the digital customer experience, and scaling our eCommerce presence on PixiBeauty.com. This role will ensure a seamless brand experience while maximizing conversion, retention, and profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams across digital marketing, technology, and operations to execute a data-driven eCommerce strategy that accelerates customer acquisition and long-term brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L ownership of Pixi’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business, ensuring profitable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute the DTC growth strategy, including website UX, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Optimize the customer experience and purchase funnel to drive higher AOV, LTV, and retention.
- Lead site optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, personalization, and CRO to improve performance.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to optimize paid media (Google, Meta) and organic traffic (SEO, email, SMS).
- Oversee inventory management & demand forecasting to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Leverage Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify data, and other reporting tools to track KPIs and inform strategy.
- Drive the roadmap for website enhancements, integrations, and third-party tools to improve scalability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to align on promotions and digital initiatives.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce trends, emerging platforms, and industry shifts to maintain Pixi’s competitive edge.

Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or DTC growth roles.
- Proven experience managing P&L for a DTC eCommerce business.
- Deep experience with Shopify, GA4, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Shopify Analytics, Looker, or similar tools.
- Experience with customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, email/SMS, and SEO strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or CPG is a plus.
